Services
S&S Compliance Solutions provides HAZWOPER training, compliance consulting, and proposal support services. Course offerings, pricing, and availability are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.
Enrollment and Payment
Enrollment in a course is confirmed upon receipt of payment and written confirmation from S&S Compliance Solutions. Pricing is listed on our website and is subject to change without notice. Group and on-site training pricing is provided by custom quote.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Cancellations made more than 5 business days before the course start date may be eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session. Cancellations made within 5 business days of the course start date are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.
Certificates of Completion
Certificates of completion are issued to participants who attend the full required course hours and meet all participation requirements. Certificates are provided for documentation purposes and do not constitute a professional license or government endorsement.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You may not use our site to transmit harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content, or to interfere with the operation of our services.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, content, and resources provided by S&S Compliance Solutions are proprietary and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
S&S Compliance Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
